PABJA — The Pan America Bihar Jharkhand Association of North America — serves as a cultural, social, and service-oriented organization dedicated to uplifting families and youth connected to the heritage of Bihar and Jharkhand. Built on the timeless values of Sanatan Dharma, PABJA brings community members together to celebrate culture, serve locally and globally, and empower the next generation.

We stand for unity, compassion, belonging, and growth.

Our structure is modern and functional, placing leadership in the hands of a committed 10-member Board while welcoming Advisors, Sponsors, Members, and Volunteers into a shared mission.

Mission Statement

PABJA exists to uplift and unite the next generation through a three-fold mission:

Empowerment & Leadership – Giving youth a meaningful voice in leadership, integrating them into committees and decision-making, and removing barriers to participation.
Service to Community — Local & Back Home – Encouraging meaningful contributions to communities in North America and in Bihar & Jharkhand.
Inclusivity & Support – Creating a safe, inclusive environment where every person is valued, supported, and never left behind.
